Away but still training

Hi, its been about a week since my last post. Its been hectic with the holiday season. I'm down in DC/VA visiting family for X-Mas, but I'm still going to be training. I may be taking off from work, but my body doesn't take a day off. I'm off to Golds Gym right after this post.
